W.E. (Bucky) Bishop

Born in Tallahassee, Florida as a Fifth Generation Floridian, I am married to Gayle Fearis Bishop, have eight children and 13 grandchildren. I attended The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina from 1959-1961, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University in 1963 and my Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida in 1965. I was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1965 and have practiced law continuously since then, spending a combined total of three and half years working as an Assistant Attorney General. I began practice in Marion County, Florida in 1972. My specialties are Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate and Trust Administration, Real Estate, Contracts, Small Corporations and Businesses, and General Estate Planning.
